Mass Department of Mental Health plans to cut 10 to 20 million from clubhouses across the state. This could severely cripple a vital support network that helps thousands and thousands of the mentally disabled maintain a purposeful life. Without these vital support networks many of these people would fall back onto habits that would spiral them back into the dark. They would once again be consumed by their disability. What you will have is a similar scenario to when there were massive closings of state mental health hospitals. These programs are vital!!!
Protest these cuts!!
